Return & Refund Policy
At BadHumans, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Be returned in original packaging
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from stains, perfume, damage, or alterations
- Include proof of purchase/order confirmation
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
Customers must request a return or exchange within 3days of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 15 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item arrived damaged or defective
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrect item received
Exchange requests are subject to:
- Product availability
- Stock availability at the time of request
If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Packaging images
- Order number
After verification, we will arrange:
- A replacement
- Exchange
- Refund (if applicable)
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect:
- Worn or washed products
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:

(example: wrong size ordered, change of mind)
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Our error
(example: damaged, defective, incorrect item)
- We will cover return shipping charges.
Return shipping instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
