1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within  7days  after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Excluding public holidays and special closures

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Please note:

  • During high-demand drops, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your package is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.

While we work closely with courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational issues
